Amazon Customer –
Never ever buy any Bose products form Amazon once the purchase return window is closed they will not give any support and only tell to talk to the Bose company people. If you have no other work you want to spend all your time with customer center people of Bose buy bose products.
I have Brought Sound bar 900 on 23rd March by 8th April it stopped connecting to any device either through bluetooth or by wire, From then my battle with Bose people started.
First the service engineer came to my hose he saw it and took to the service center and shares a job sheet saying that first it was a software issue and later finalizes that it is a mother board issue.
So this give me a conclusion that bose manufacture such a defected products that will work only couple of days.
Now its the customer care turn . Though on official website of Bose they give a customer care number and a mail id to write your complaint or talk to them they will honestly say that they are third party customer care to bose and don’t have any details of bose head office numbers to talk to a concern person.
To my surprise even Bose official website don’t have their office address mentioned in their website now this give me a clarity that this company is habituated to manufacture defective devices so that no one can go to Bose office and question them.
Finally my advice is if you have a ton of money and ton of time to spend in purchasing bose products and spending time in talking to customer care and writing mails then you can go for it. EVEN SPENDING MONEY AND TIME WILL NOT GET YOU CLARIFICATION , YOU HAVE TO SEE YOUR HOROSCOPE OR SHOULD GO TO A FORTUNE TELLER TO FIND OUT WHEN YOUR ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED.

This premium Soundbar 900 from Bose takes home audio to the next level with such a simplistic, sleek and elegant design.
Design: Fits right in front of your TV (preferable TV screen size 50inch or more) and the black colour with its glass top blends just perfect. Cannot expect anything better in terms of the design.
Setup and Installation: Everything is managed just rightly through the Bose music app and the installation was very smooth and easy. Many reviews stated the installation process took very long during the software updates but I personally did not face any issue. If someone is not very comfortable with self installation, Amazon has the arrangement for installation service.
Sound Quality: The Smart Soundbar 900 on its own produces a beautiful blend of sounds (Mid, Bass, Treble) balances out appropriately once you have completed the Audio Calibration with their AdaptIQ accessory. The centre, side and upward drivers ensures the room is filled with sound giving a cinematic experience. A la crate option exists in music app where you can further adjust these levels as per your needs. Personally I didn’t find it necessary to change any EQ settings after the calibration. Surround sound effect is extremely good but don’t expect it will give a absolute 5.1 channel experience. Get the additional rear speaker if you really want that effect. But you can always decide on such add ons after purchasing the Soundbar and whether it meets your need.
Whether you should go for an additional Bass module: For a true cinematic experience getting that punch of the depths or while listening to music getting the right hits from the bass, drums and percussions, it’s highly recommended to get a Bass Module 500 or 700. Bear in mind, the Soundbar itself has very good capability of producing good bass and further adjusting the EQ you can enhance the bass as well. But sometimes you may feel it’s lacking as after all you are looking for that home theatre experience.
Overall very much satisfied with this purchase and highly recommended. Amazon has delivered the product as promised within delivery date. Hope the review will be helpful.

I purchased bose sound bar 900 and bass module 500 on 24th of July and delivered by Amazon delivery on 30th July ( one day prior to the commitment). I did the unboxing part as I always do with all my premium products (IG: arshadayu, will upload it in few days). I was doing my set up but during that sound bar Wi-Fi was unable to join my local area network. I fought for about 2:30 hrs and all the time it was showing “unable to get an IP address. I was quite disappointed 😟. I start changing my network settings ending with no internet in my local area network 😢. After that I call my service provider and bose at the same time. Service provider resolve my network and bose person gave me an option of using LANE cable for set up. With that setup was so easy, calibration of my room with that ADAPTiQ headset. Pairing my bass module 500 and the sound was marvellous.
At the back of my mind it was hurting that Wi-Fi is still not working. So I was calling bose again otherwise I have the option for replacement in Amazon in 7 days. Then the Techincal person from bose guided me with an advice to connect the sound bar with my phone directly through Wi-Fi as bose sound bar 900 Wi-Fi. Then it directed to my local Wi-Fi and connected easily.
As I already mentioned before it’s the sound of Bose. One has to fall for it. Happy me 😊.
