Sound quality is decent. I guess you get what you pay for, so, at this price point I wont complain much.
I only have two major problems, 1. the silicone ear tips are small for my ears. Boult has provided 2 additional ear tips and the ones on the earbuds are the largest of the ones provided. So I replaced these with the ones I had on my other earbuds and the sound quality improved significantly because of the passive noise cancellation. However, with the bigger ear tips the buds do not fit in the case properly and the contact points do not make contact. Thus the buds do not charge and do not switch off either. I had to revert to the silicone tips that came with the earbuds. My conclusion is that these stock ear tips seem to be custom made for Boult. This is a significant problem for me because it allows external noise to come in (no passive noise cancellation) and reduces the overall volume of music (especially bass as it needs closed spaces to sound good).
2. Active noise cancellation is not working either as my callers complained about a lot of background noise while talking to me during a ride/drive.

Sound quality is nice with good bass.
Very good noise cancellation.
Touch & Tap is hard to use.
Connectivity issue when you put in trouser pockets it tend to disconnect often.
When you hold the phone in shirt pocket or hands it’s perfect.
Range is also good untill 20 feet without any obstacles inbetween.
Considering the budget it’s a very good product with amazing quality.
I have used Bose soundsport sport investing 19k it went into drain after 2yrs with battery issue no service center is accepting to repair. Considering this cost I could easily get 19 pairs or boult which I would use probably 40years 😅 Happy customer for boult which is pocket friendly and decent product. (1 star less due to connectivity)

Battery backup not good. It will connect automatically even when it inside pod.Call audio is not good.

I bought this on 18th September 2022… one morning the left side bud gave low battery warning despite it was kept inside the case whole night.
I thought maybe there was a lose connection while charging… I tried to charge, and it was completed in just 2 minutes.
I connected the left bud again… and it showed only 20% battery remaining… within 5 seconds it turned into 10%.
All this started exactly after the warranty period got over (3 months)
Not gonna buy it again
UPDATE:
Received a replacement today after visiting the service centre which I visited a few days ago.
The reason why I am not giving 5 stars… Because there’s a crackling sound in the buds. Seems some kind of noise.
Although after disabling the audio enhancement it got reduced… But still you can hear a cracking while listening to a podcast
