I understand that Butterfly being a very reputed company will give products which are very cost effective and also functions well but very disappointed the cooker did not work so there was no pressure developed but only water came out and the food did not get cooked I would like Amazon to take this matter to Butterfly company also . i HAVE A ORDERED FOR THE THIRD TIME AND IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT AVA,IABLE WHY IS IT LISTED IN AMAZON AND THEN YOU SAY YOU WILL REFUND BEACUASE YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER KINDLY REMOVE THIS PRODUCT
