Point is juicer jar blades are not sharp enough, I don’t get to the fruits or nuts that’s crushed and juiced out
So disappointing on tat

Quality of plastic is low for the price range
Now I am realising, even if it’s double the price I should have gone to preeti 12000 rs one
Have to live with this, failed only on this selection despite so much of personal introspection done by me.

I purchased this product considering the extensive feature , look and pricing. But except for the look , this product far behind in performance. Food processor makes sound like drilling machine and blades are designed in manner where it gives extra fine chopping than what you look for. To add on – customer service is the worst. Sales person doesn’t visit on time after several follow ups and customer care are least bothered whether the issue is resolved. Save your money for something more valuable !!

Overall the product quality is extremely good and best in class better than Phillips ,Usha and Bajaj.5 Jars is a good number whereas other processors provide 3 to 4 only. The juicer in this actually is the best, I have different food processors as well but none provided such a nice juicer. Giving 4 stars for only one reason that is the blade quality, it’s not that sharp however it has not made feel any less. Overall must buy product.

Yes it not a mere Food Processor but a Time & Space saver !!!!
But before going further, let me stress , my “AMAZE IS SILL ON ” for their promised delivery schedules.
CRESTA in fact makes me wonder why it takes so much time for the women of the houses to prepare food ..
TIME – Because of its powerful motor, it does everything in a relative faster time than the conventional ones.
SPACE it does save (typically for ppl who have smaller kitchen in flats) as it combines the functions of various smaller gadgets like Juicer, mixer etc.
BUT I am not going to state the regular phrase “overall a good product” Its more than just a product …Its indeed a enhancer and a helpful tool in kitchen.
