This is a very beautiful product and very easy to use. The handle is of average quality and tends to break after a year of use. Easy to stir content due to its shape.

Only issue is the gasket. It lost its purpose on the 4th day. Had to buy a new one from the market. Didn’t want to replace the cooker for the gasket! It’d be great if the seller checks the quality of the gaskets!

This product did not last long, I have used it for less than a year and the bottom part of it came out, and could not use it.

I didn’t get the warranty card with the package though the cooker has 5 years warranty. Plz let me know how can I claim it in case of defects.

product is good but handle was broken but master packing was not damaged & the company refused to cover the damage under warranty i.e, new product with damaged handle of the outer lid can be fixed but it is chargable.

Nice idea for a pressure cooker design with its curved exterior which actually assists the cooking process, Big flaw though, with a lid that doesn’t lock/click into place when secured on the pot. It has all other features you need (valve, etc…) but I’ve never used a pressure cooker without a locking lid.
