The plastic knobs are absolutely poor quality and have cracked after using 2-3 times a day for past month and half. Poor quality. DO NOT BUY!

I bought the gas stove (BUTTERFLY DUO GT 2/B) online from Amazon only yesterday. What we found is, at the time of first lighting, very high flame comes with hissing sound which is frightening. After some time it becomes normal. Is there any loose fittings or gas leakage? It’s happening for both the burners. One burner was also inclined one sided. Requested customer care centre to send a mechanic to check and adjust the flame. We were afraid of using the stove. Instead of treating it as urgent no seriousness found from service centre official. Next day he requested Team to arrange for call back. By then I returned it to Amazon, and bought another one. Amazon service is very good and helpful.
