First time we ordered the plug came in a broken condition. We returned and for this set and the jars have these scratches on them. Not just one but all the jars have this defect. But we thought it won’t affect the operation hopefully hence just kept the mixer to try for few days. Observations:
1. It works fine except the juicer which is below average. It doesn’t juice carrots etc and you can still see chunks here and there.
2. Quality of plastic used is not great and the finishing is not good.
3. Dry grinding and chutney jars are fine
4. The wet grinding jar is also fine
5. Noise level is high and bit wierd. Makes you uncomfortable for first few uses like you are overloading or something but then you will get used to it.
