The Kettle does its job perfectly and I would say no complaints on quality if you use it the right way. Keep the base of the Kettle dry & clean and a higher place that should be not reachable by infants & kids as the Kettle gets really hot when it reaches the maximum boiling point. Rest all is well. I would say Go for it. Thank you Amazon!

Good one, serves the purpose and simple to use. Packaging could have been better, it was packed in just the seller box and no care from amazon. I got the product which had a small bend, but I kept it as i required it urgently.
Except packaging, product is good.

I have ordered in year 2020 from Amazon same kettle this quality is excellent. But now ordered same kettle in 2023 from Amazon not match same quality of kettle.

This product is for modern kitchens where power point is few inches above the cooking table/stage. Where you don’t need enough wire. But for others like me, select a stage near plug/power point or get an extension box.
The product forms salt scaling (white spots) like any steel vessel will do, with excessive boiling of water…this can be cleaned with 2 spoons of vinegar and little water. Many Youtube videos on this scale removal thing. It will be as good as new. Once every week or alternate week if you boil water daily.
Boiling done in 1-2 minutes (filled till top water mark).
Automatic cutoff feature works perfectly.
Red indicator while boiling.
No spilling of water droplets from nozzle while boiling (my old kettle used to do that).
Plastic lid stays back while pouring, hinge is good.
Nice purchase.
I have not tried this anything else like boiling milk or eggs..I will not try it in future either.
Go above 2k if you want multi-purpose kettle.

The product was broken when delivered… Disappointed… Very poor packaging…. It was broken near the red indicator lamp…I returned it.
Otherwise the product is very useful. I am using another one already….. No need to alwyz lit the gas stove for putting hot water… This will b very useful so tat u can put hot water where ever u r… ( hall, room, etc..) very useful product.

The worest package I have ever seen before from Amazon… The product almost out from the package . Doesn’t even a single pin & plaster it has.. I haven’t found the Amazon bandages over it. It comes in only the Amazon printed plastic cover. Iam very disappointed to that packaging. When it comes from product.. it was little bit pressed over steel body. I couldn’t found those in capturing in mobile. Product working good . Bt please don’t repeat this again. Please check while packaging & send carefully to customers. I hope AMAZON will never repeat this again..
