    Working fine..\nVery easy to install.. As mentioned in the product description, just drilling 3 holes against wall..\nand keep the chimney hang on..\n\nfixing duct pipe is also easy too\n\nBut Butterfly needs to work on installation and demo services, if any customer finds difficult to install.\n\nOverall good product at budget price.

    Delivery by Flipkart was in time as usual but response from Butterfly was very poor.First of the customer care based in Tamilnadu does not have persons understanding proper English or Hindi.I had to follow up for 3days to get technician to visit us for inspection of installation site and the chimney stopped working after 2 days of use.Again the same exercise of contacting custometcare and pursuing local person with no luck.Can I return the product and replace with known good brand
