I could not use the product as I returned it because a screw for fixing the support handle was missing. I called customer care and was told that there is no home service for cookers and that I will have to visit their service centre. Alternatively, I could return the product which I did.
This reflects poorly on the company. They could have arranged to deliver the screw but they opted for return. I will not buy their product again.
The packaging was also not very good and looked worn out.
