I ordered this item twice because it looked like the perfect sized pressure cooker for our needs. The first time it arrived, the handle of the lid was broken. I did not get any broken bits of the handle in the package and returned the item. But since this was a perfect sized pressure cooker, I ordered it again thinking that I would receive an undamaged item this time. But the second one also arrived with the handle of the lid broken and this time I found some broken bits in the package. I am seriously very disappointed. Either the seller is deliberately sending damaged items repeatedly or they are not packing it properly!!!

Used it a few times now. works perfect. Ideal for induction cook top which is why i specifically bought it for. Meats become tender in 10 min tops anything more than that meat is too loose becoming like corn beef! i would definitely recommend this product. comes with an additional rubber seal too!
