quality not good\non heater branding by sticker it’s shows low quality product\nfitting is not ok\nno user manual in this box\nlow quality cheap product\noverall not satisfied

Delivery was as promised.\n\nNo support for installation from Candes, customer support number was not reachable, had to pay 1000 to private plumber for installation, which included some accessories like incoming tap.\n\nProduct look is OK.\n\nProduct parts – ELCB was not included in the shipment,there was no way to check whether inner tank was 15 litre or 25 litre,my order was for 25 litre.I have found gap between the ABS body and the tank.\n\nFlipkart had asked me to return the product but since I had drilled holes in bathroom tiles I didn’t want to return the product. \n\nOverall, after installation, the water heater is working good. Takes almost 30 minutes for water to get heated and power to cut off. \n\nCurrently, I’m giving this product rating of 4.\nI did not receive earth leakage circuit breaker, along with the product. Earth leakage circuit breaker is mentioned in the product details. \n\nWould have rated 5 if dealer had provided Earth leakage circuit breaker along with product.

Don’t buy this product, no support from product service center also Flipkart customers care,from day one the water Leak from main tank.useless product.

best value for money. using from 1 month works well. hot water will be ready in just 10 min. there is no temp adjustment. if you are conscious no need of that.
