Good printer as reasonable price. Quality of prints are nice. Copy and scanning are average. Scanner scans very dull copy from a colour printout..
The canon printer design/theme software is good but needs lot of improvements. There are not much options on choosing paper size type for a standard theme layouts.
I also did prints for passport size photos on a 180gsm paper, it cam very good..

Printer is Very good, Excellent Functions, Easy to use, Print quality is awesome . Scan quality is average. Ink are very costly. not described about warranty. Printing speed is good. simple installation procedure.

Its a genuine product. Don’t look much or else you will get confused. It comes with 3 big black ink bottles and 3 colour bottles. The Wifi variant of this printer comes with same specifications and costs around 3-4k more. What I think is that theres no need of paying 3-4k extra for wifi as you can print the same using otg from your mobile device. Otg costs only 199. Dont listen to the negative comments as some products may have manufacturing defects but that doesn’t makes all products bad. Canon is one of the best brand and the printer is efficient enough for all your needs so just go for it.. I am using it and its really very good.

The printer is very good considering the price… Wireless connection is also very quick and easy.. ink tank is also built into the printer,not outside , saving a lot of space..But the built quality is worst , the top scanner cover literally comes out within a few weeks and it makes a lot of noise.

Canon G3012 is the same as G3010 but with two extra black bottles of ink. So, this review is applicable for both the models. The flipkart delivery was on time and packing was satisfactory. Coming to the Printer…. The setup of easy. I was waiting for the Canon guy to come and install but then I decided to install it myself. Took me 15 mins to install. The print quality is satisfactory. Wireless printing setup was a bit typical but is a one time hassle. I took out some b/w and colour prints and they came out just fine. This model has a display unlike G3000 which comes in handy while setting up and taking photo copies. Two things that I would like to mention here is that… 1. The signal strength of wireless connection with router is very weak. I don’t know if that is the case with my particular unit or a normal thing with this printer. My mobile and laptop were getting perfect WiFi signals and this printer was hardly getting just one bar…..2. The borderless printing as mentioned on the description is really bad. I tried it on A4 size paper and everytime the colours were washed out. I want Canon to look into this. I was told that borderless printing would just come fine on a glossy paper but that was not the case with regular A4 size paper. Other than that, everything is just fine so far. It’s a good home /small office printer with almost negligible ink cost. More like a one time investment.
