Cartridge is not new, it has been already used.

On 12th August 23 item was delivered. Hardly 10 copies were printed till today ie 20.08.2023 but today black cartridge stated given a yellow alarm. It is very unfortunate. I request you to please look into the matter.

The Printer was easy to instal had a CD with instruction and the printer is printing fine both color and BW…good Product for home use

The cartridge received in the offer was old used one and the cartridge with printer too , used one. Not know which stage got corruption done?
