For the price, it is a great little ink-jet printer. Took a while to find the AC plug 🔌 adapter in the back. Had the right USB type A to USB type B cable. Plugged it into the MacBook Pro without using the install CD and was printing images and text immediately.

For $50 shipped to my door, it’s totally worth it. Gets the job done. Luckily I have a plethora of spare USB cables so I was good to go, but as many others said, it doesn’t come with one. The other odd thing is that it was reporting “low ink” after printing only a few basic things over ~4 months. Still prints just fine, regardless. I’m not mad, ink itself usually costs almost as much as this entire printer and ink set anyway..

For a cheap printer, it works. It does what it should and is the money pit you expect. There are good ways to get cheaper ink to mitigate this but fatal flaw in design. There is no way to clear jams. Literally they either expect you to disassemble the printer to clear a jam in the rotors (what I had to do, surprisingly intuitive but should not be expected to clear a freaking paper jam caused by something that fell into the top) or buy a new printer. Cannot fully recommend for this reason. Bad design but if you know what you’re getting, it get the job done.

ES EXCELENTE COMPRA! La verdad que una de las mejores compras que he hecho, una maravilla y además fácil de conectar y fácil de usar

Ordered this essentially because it was the cheapest option and we really only needed it for a small amount of things, A few business cards, some resumes and similar mostly text only content, Of course it’d be hard to really screw those things up and the included ink while very little was good enough for about 100 pages or so before it waned about “low ink”. Of course the color cart is a 3 in one, mening if any one color runs out you need to replace all 3, so wastefull, not to mention the age old practice of mixing in color even on black and white printouts just to ensure the user requires more ink sooner, but since a new ink cart alone is only $10 less than the actual printer I’d strongly advice against getting this for any sort of long term use. Laser printers WTF.
Since the ink carts are defective by design, and only lasted me about 100 pages, I decided to return them for a replacement rather than just tossing them. Thanks to Amazons wonderful return policy i had a replacement wihtin a week at non cost, just had to ship them back the old defective ones… Hopefully the ones they send wont have the same issue, but worst case I’ll just keep returning them when they run out and save up for a proper laser printer.
