First of all the ac machine is working in a nice way… Doing very good job. Pocket friendly in comparison to othe brand .. also a it’s a pioneer brand. But I have faced a serious problem for installation… When I have called the no. Which is given in Amazon app Page. But then I have contacted the customer care no. Of the career.. and the customer care of amazon… Then the problem has been sorted out completely. The service person was welbehaved also. It doesn’t noy provide any remote holder, and I did not find any energy saver mode. Otherwise I am happy with it.

✅ Installation: Amazon instantly initiated the installation. The installation personnel from Carrier were well-trained, they carefully installed the AC at the desired location.

📌 Wall mount (for Exterior unit): ₹850
📌 Drain Pipe, Wrapping Tape, Wire: as per individual needs. Also, had to buy the 3-Pin Plug Top, 2 Batteries for Remote & White Cement.
Features:
📌 Cooling is decent in Auto mode, it’s neither excellent nor bad. For better results, use Cool Mode at a fixed fan speed.
📌 Autoclean feature is good. There’s always fresh air after switching on the unit.
📌 The display is hidden and can be turned off as well.
📌 Energy consumption is bit on the higher side (ISEER 3.88).
📌 Noise levels are on the lower side.
📌 The design is clean and modern.
All in all, one of the best Value for Money 1 Ton Inverter AC.

On time delivery, got a call for installation as soon it was delivered and the their team visited the same day and installed. Product is very good initially i was confused between whirlpool and carrier, (why whirlpool because i already own a whirlpool ac and had good experience) but with carrier ac im totally happy as of now. And I appreciate the carrier backend team as they constantly were in touch with me for installation and provided all the support.

Product is great, cools room adequately and faster than my other AC. However there is no process in place for auto installation of AC after receiving product. What I had to do is after receiving the product, had to call customer care of carrier midea and lodge a service request for new installation. After 24 hours got technician assigned. Once technician came they started telling various schemes like prices of outdoor stand unit, tape for covering pipes and price of anchor bolts etc. In short, product is great but service is not Upto the mark.

Delivery was super quick.
Installation was done on the same day of delivery and the guys were gentle. Installation charges were little bit high in my case (7800).
The AC is working perfectly though I have some issues with the off switch.I have to press the switch three times to off the machine. Otherwise everything is going well.
