Didn’t expect such product issue from a brand like Carrier. Brand new AC not cooling, raised the issue with their customer care and now MD office. Still to get a response. Had I known such careless of their service team, would never have gone for Carrier AC. Good luck in Indian market with such “Devil may care” attitude.
Fabulous response after reaching out to MD office, technician came and sorted out the issue in 30 mins. AC is working as expected now. Thank you customer service team. Changed the rating to 4 star now.

Cooling is good. But the AC has stopped working before even completing one month. Service center response is poor and multiple follow-ups are not yielding any results. AC is out of service now for almost 10 days for the want of repair and parts.
