Excellent Ac for 12 by 12 sqft. Room cooling is perfect I am using at 28 degree temperature and it is cooling the room perfectly. I have another Ac of same model ie 1.2 inverter which I bought last year in July 2020. And it is installed in 12 by 14 room size on ground floor and it is working so good till date. As the cooling effect depends on room condition of every Ac, its my suggestion to all the Customers who want to buy any Ac, first off all analysis the room condition whether it is on top floor it will take much time to cool the room if it is 1.5 ton also and rooms walls should not be on Sun side as it also take time to cool down the room. If ur room is of 12 by 14 but on ground floor and there is no sunlight reflection on any wall then 1.2 ton is also sufficient. \nSo go for it without any doubt to buy this Ac of any ton, so many people given negative reviews that their room was not cooling, don’t mind for those reviews as I have told u the cooling effect totally depends on room conditions

Trusted brand and great looking AC, 2days use but cooling is fast and low noise. Size is compact does not feel bulky, display on the unit does the job and also usefull as night lamp ( added advantage). Overall satisfied with the purchase

I purchased this almost 1.5 month back and I was really searching for ac which can cool my 150 sqft room. First I was thinking to buy a 1.5 ton AC but later after reading about how much cooling capacity is required I decided to go for 1.2 ton should be sufficient. And I wanted a power efficient AC not power hungry AC. So I decided to go for 5 star instead of 3 star. I visited shops where all the shopkeepers told me to go for 3 star instead of 5 . But I stayed on my decision for 5 star. And I think I was correct. Let’s come to cooling of this ac . I switch on this ac set on 24 and it takes 10 minutes to cool my room . Later sometimes I have to change the temperature to 26 because it’s too cold on 24. \nPower efficiency is amazing believe me I think it consumes around 3 unit for 10 hours. I use sleep mode .I was surprised to see this. Only 3 units per night means almost 15 rupee per night . 450 rupee bill for this ac per month. I made a good decision and great choice. I thank carrier for this ac. I am sure it will last long as it’s a trusted brand carrier.

Its good, am mostly using it at 50% capacity and it still works fine and cools down room under 10 minutes when ceiling fan is on. Without fan it takes long to cool down the room, it throws air in one direction only. I tried using horizontal swing it does not work. And to turn off the AC, I need to press power off thrice. Installation looks shabby to me I sent mail to carrier but yet to receive mails.\n\n4 start for AC, 2 after sales customer service.

Got this for 31k during BBD .\n\nA fantastic ac for a fantastic price and 5 star esser rating to be precise. \n\nSuper quite operation \n\nNot as costly as lg acs \n\nNot as bulky look as some other acs like Voltas , just the decent size for a 1.2 ton\n \nThe 1.2 fits perfect in my 11×14 154sqft room \n\nCools in 6-10 mins with or without turbo .\n\nSome intelligent features on remote but not as many you see on LG and some higher priced acs . \n\nNo horizontal swing , though I don’t need one , it gets hitting your head when you have a button and notification on remote for it and the feature is actually not there . \n\n5/5 just like the acs rating .

Very good product. Its delivary is so good. Good packageing. I ordered it in 3rd may 2021. I should have given 5 star, if not for the bad installation which lead to AC replacement. Other it’s a very good AC. Best part is the carrier customer support,very prompt response to installation and they did not charge me for reinstallation. Always ask for bill when the installation guy’s charge you for extra parts.\n\nAnother thing is that people complaining about AC not shutting down. People should realize that it is an function of the AC were flap close half way with blower on. This will remove all the moisture inside the AC and not allow fungi growth. The flaps will close and ac will shutdown in 1 minute.
