Compaq HEX 165.1 cm (65 inch) QLED Ultra HD (4K) Smart Android TV

TV is awesome. I wanted to buy frame and waited for two months as it was not available…so I went for Compaq with some hesitation, but it was a right decision..m happy.. picture quality is superb…sound is awesome speaker not required…I can honestly recommend to buy this tv whoever is planning to buy a good tv….

After lot of research and struggle, I found this tv. Instead of buying normal led tvs it’s better to buy this qled tv with edge light tech. \n\nLooks:\nNo other tv can beat this TV’s looks. Fantastic build quality. The plastic and metal used are not cheap but premium. It’s thinner than my phone. They have even given a small cap to cover the wire connectivity on the back of tv to make it look clean. 10/10\n\nSoftware experience:\nIt feels smooth like any other Android tv. Only drawback is it runs on Android 8. 8 is outdated. You cannot install prime from store BCos they support only 9 and higher. Alternative is to install the old prime video apk by sideloading through pendrive. This will be done by technician but it can be done by you too as it is very simple process.\n6/10 for outdated android. No date is given for android 9 upgrade.\n\nWi-Fi connectivity: we have airtel smart set up box placed right below the tv which catches wifi signal pretty well but the tv catches only little network and due to this, Netflix videos buffer. I even tried turning off airtel box but still it’s same. So wifi catching capability is a bit low in this but not very much. Will buy a new router soon to solve this.\n\nTurning off and on: it is fast. when we turn off from the remote, it should go to standby by just turning off screen and not the software but in this tv, when u turn off using remote, the whole system shuts down and again when we turn on it starts from android start screen. I hope Compaq fixes this with android 9 update\n\nPicture quality:\n\nCan’t describe. It’s just so clear and realistic. 20/10 for picture quality. The Netflix movies and series look breathtakingly awesome. Now I know the difference between led and qled.\n\n\nSound:\nPure, crystal clear. When I turned on bass, true surround to high, the quality went low. I am yet to test mimi sound customisation. 9/10. Trust me no sound bar is needed.\n\n\nInstallation:\nOne unlucky thing is Compaq is a good brand and they care about customers but Jeeves and flipkart are the culprits. Flipkart showed that they would install on next day but when I called Jeeves they said they had not even got any intimation from flipkart side. They were skipping it for 3 days but after I contacted Compaq customer care, they sent the Jeeves technician on next day. So Compaq customer care really makes sure their customers are satisfied. Flipkart customer care is pathetic and worst. They take weeks to solve problem.\n\nYou can wallmount this tv. They use realme TV’s wall mount.\n\nOverall: qled tvs cost minimum 1 lac plus. This is an amazing tv for the price with good customer support but only drawback is android 8. One star reduced only for the software. Please give some assurance to customers about the date for android 9 upgrade

TV Built Quality is just Awesome with super slim metal frame… I skipped the Sony tv for this design look on this budget.. I’ll surely recommend to other, you can go with this undoubtedly..\nPicture Quality >> 4.5/5\nSound Quality >> 4/5\nFeatures >> 4/5

Buying this on the launch day was a slight risk as there were no reviews or ratings but thankfully my decision was correct.. I am so happy to buy this tv… main features for any tv are looks, picture, sound & connectivity.. on all counts this one rivals the Rs 1 lakh plus brands & models.. best thing about it is its looks.. other things being flawless too… Go for it!!!!

I had many option for TV. But I selected compaq coz I knw the brand and after sales service will be far better than other Chinese brand.\nAll popular app like Netflix, prime video and hotstar work flawless..\nSound is top notch. Clarity and brightness is far better as it has 450 nits.\nScreen mirroring and cromecast work very well.\nRegarding mira cast i cannot connect samsung wireless dex even if it says it has mira cast dont knw y.\nBuild quality is far far better..\nI have made video on this tv.. check that..
