Product is good but delevery at the time of 9:00 pm. Maybe it possible for early,, the delivery boy always ask opt before checking of product this is not right if in terms and conditions will show the policy after checking of project then give the opt to the delivery boy … kindly take action of this type of policy otherwise product is good

Can’t tell more about it because used for few days…but there should be more then one wall mount angel given for safety. I bought heavy fastener of 12mm for better strength and safety.

In consumer durable, you may have an excellent company, develop a product as desired by customer, offer reasonable pricing BUT Product support becomes the weakest link marrs and wastes all attributes.
Pathetic is a word which first comes to my mind to describe situation.
This being my second Crompton Geyser purchase based on excellent product i already have since 2022, still doing so well. This second purchase based on my earlier experience had a very minor fault of leaking safety valve. Service request was raised and technician visits as per schedule knowing about leaking valve but came with no replacement. Instead of finding solution he raised complaint with company for spare to be provided. (defeating purpose of visit) Went off smiling.
We raise issue again with Crompton, only to is told spare would arrive in 20 days time.
Amazon return policy has 10 days window.
Choice for us
1. To wait for 20 days while product cannot be used. Also understand “in case of any other service issue later wait for 20 days”.
2. Return the product and have Peace of mind also write a review giving a Piece of experience to future buyers.
What would you do in such situation? 😄

I ordered this on great India festive and delivered to me on 8th Nov(on time). When I called amazon service center they told me I will receive a call within 24-48hrs. But no one called me. Then again spoke with service center they provide a number (crompton CC) and docket a complain. After calling the number they (crompton service) gave me another number to book my slot. And after registration and booking it’s been installed on 11th Nov and 400 has been charged for installation which was not mentioned earlier. Disappointed with amazon they should take this role. Product is good as of now. It took 15-18 min to heat full 10l water. Looks is also good. Looking forward to it…
