BAD DESIGN
1. There is grease applied to the rotor socket where the blade / whisking disc top end fits. One can accidentally touch this grease while cooking. Also, this grease is spread all over the bottom side of main unit.
2 this grease can also get transferred to the top end of blade or whipping disc while handing the unit and get into the food being chopped or whisked.
Why can’t Crompton use self lubricating bearings like in mixer-grinders or hand blenders ?
Poor Quality Parts
Whipping disc is very poor quality plastic part with lots of loose burrs and sharp edges that could get in to the food being whisked
Crompton : this chopper is not ‘Food Safe’ to use
Cannot use this chopper, Pls refund

After one month blade got broke , i complaint to Crompton for service , they took my chopper and from last two month my chopper is with them and not replying and answering my call . Amazon should not sell these cheap quality product Amazon pls help me in this case
