The product was received in a broken condition. May be quality of plastic used is very brittle and not able to bear the jerks during loading / unloading and transit. Highly discouraged with the quality of product. Had it not been broken in transit and accepted, chances of its breaking during handling are very high and i would have suffered a loss. Product not worth purchasing unless manufacturers change the design and material used.

Damaged products both the time so I returned it again…. I was gifting it to my aunt. as i m very happy using wer grinder…
once i ordered the base was damaged a little…
then i replaced it to get more damaged product..
Disappointed… problem is because the drum is made of stone and base is of plastic… in transit its damaging the motor and the plastic body… better to buy it offline
