Fan is Slow and price went down by ₹200.
There has to be some time wherein if there’s any drop in price in a span of a week or so the Customer has to be compensated with Cash back or Vouchers

We bought two fans. Now one is not working. What can I do for raising a complaint regarding that?

There is some sound from the fan. Remote could have been better, sometimes doesn’t work at certain angles.

Remote is not working as good as company claims. Light weight high speed fan. Good for small room. At maximum speed one may experience a creepy sound. Do not direct switch-off without power off from remote. Will review about power efficiency after using 3 months.
Reviewing after 3months of usage: Crompton is failure in BLDC section. Yes power efficient ofcourse but needed to replace the fan within 2 months of usage. Received 2020 model and this fan has again started showing same symptoms like the previous one.

what else can you expect at such a price?
remember the fan is costly compared to other fans because it is a new technology & in future, it will get cheap
buy only bldc in future if possible
and make sure you get more amount of warranty in years
