Fan is not working properly and customer service very poor. My fan was not working. I was tired to call customer service. There is no response approx.one month.
After one month my problem was solved.

Amazon delivery is in time but regret to say the fan’s box was opened and the connecting rod and it’s accessories were not found in the box. Very poor packing arrangements

I likeit verymuch

I bought 2 units for our bedrooms because the old Crompton high breezes from the 70s were a bit tired and we wanted to upgrade to something better. So we chose the new Crompton energion
We chose it because it had bldc technology and we essentially could get 2 for the price of 1
Coming to packaging it was packed really well and tight enough to withstand a fall
Installation was not very hard as long as you know how to read instructions and follow them
It does have lock washers on all the blade screws and has a metal cable that goes from the motor to the upper shackle.
safety was thought of when they built it
On one of the fans the downrod was a little bent but as it looked like nothing external had bent it I’m going to consider that as a factor error
It is also heavier than expected,not that it’s too heavy,but heavy enough to symbolise quality materials
The performance of the fan is outstanding in my opinion they seem to provide atleast the same quantity and quality of air if not more than our old Crompton fans
On the box they claim it is antidust but as far as I can tell you will have to wipe it atleast once a month
You will absolutely have to bypass your regulator for this to work properly
They do seem to be more efficient than our old Cromptons as our electricity bill has reduced if not much but still enough to believe in bldc
If you ever see the fan rocking before starting,it is normal
So far everything is going well and we hope for the best
