The item was not perfectly packed and the 3rd speed of the fan is not working. When I put it on 3rd speed, the fan gets off. The package of the item shows that it is an old one.

I have received the product, but the issue with the product was the Ocilation of the fan unable to turn it off hence contacted the Crompton service and the issue resolved overall the fan is good and the build quality is not the best but it’s ok to go with.. And regarding the sound and vibration here and there there are some buzzing sound creep in but there is no vibration issue in the plastics Fittment…. Overall The Best VFM tag can be given to this fan under this price range…

After using it for few months.
Fan speed is bit slow as compared to others in same category.
Noise level is bit on the higher side.
The air flow is smooth and gentle.
Running without issue till date.

Fan has a excellent air flow but sound come from the motor irritates in silent room.

I purchased this wall fan according to the high rpm suitable for our living room.Air delivery is good but noiise is too high feeling like cooler noise.
