I don’t know about their other products, but their coolers are not at cool enough to buy!

I bought this for my parents and they are happy like kids with this acquisition . A very well made and extremely portable cooler which snuggles into the room without eating too much space . Everything’s from water / ice inlet to ergonomic design is well made . Couldn’t have asked for more at the price which for me was a steal .

High blower noise level and less cooling. My suggestion is don’t ever go for this model. Better seek other company models especially jumbo cooler if you want a low level of noise and more cooling area. With ~8k price other companies are providing remote also but this model is purely a knob type.
Reviewing after a month of purchase and changed the star rating.
Motor got a cracking sound after a month and called the company service centre and assigned a service person and service person after examining said that motor got some problem and need replacement and it will take 2 to 3 working days, 2 weeks got passed and service centre stopped responding my calls and whenever i call the service person he is just answering my call and said will come by evening and repair your cooler. After all such answers i really got vexed with this persons and filed a case in consumer court for the pathetic service they got provided to me with every detail. Let consumer court look after this issue.
