Reverting back to the old rating as the original problem still persists.
Its sensors are too sesnsitive and the burners stop working even after small spillage.
Followed all instructions for cleaning but omce stopped it doesnt start without help from servicing team.

Update : Crompton took this rating seriously and sent their senior service to look at the issue. They have given some cleaning instructions to tackle the issue
I’m atleast satisfied with the effort by Crompton to take the rating seriously.
The sensor is pretty sensitive in terms of spillage so will update after using it for sometime frm now

Have had to call the servicing guys twice in a month for repair
Not at all easy to clean and anything spilled needs to be cleaned by their servicing guys
Servicing is paid even when its in warranty

The media could not be loaded.
I have been using this hob for a week now . It’s heavy duty plates take cast iron pans and bigger woks with ease.
Looks beautiful and unlike many hobs , gives good flame output for fast cooking
We installed it ourselves , it’s just a plug and play out of the box if you have the correct countertop cutout. Don’t go for the cheaper alternative , the cast iron supports on this one definitely are a better choice.
Incase I face issues in the future I will edit my ratings , but in the price range – I really like the hob . The quiet pro chimney is nice as well

For the first time digital timer has been introduced in the hob which has made the life easier and also so safe to use. I just place the eggs to boil for preset time and leave for gym without worrying that there is safety issue .
The 3D flame is so Efficient and precisioned that cooking is faster and it saves time
