This is a good product and worth buying. Thought the price seems to very little higher as compared to other products in this segment but the build quality is very good and noise level is very low. Using this will not let you need to use any exhaust fan.
The product comes with n aluminum pipe and I did not need to buy any additional pipe. Though, the installation guy did not know that it comes with pipe and he asked if I want to buy one. The installation was done properly and follow up was taken to ensure a good service.
I will post my further review after using it for some time.

For installation and support I can rate 5 ⭐

 Edit after 4 month use:-
1) pathetic Chimney, no suction power at all.
2) very very pathetic controls
3) now since I’ve used it for 4 months, I now realized the instalation person was also pathetic and didn’t have any skills
4) I bought this Chimney with offer of 3000 cashback. But I’ve never received my cashback. Seller never shared me that.

Original review (not valid now) : This is just an average Chimney. But Crompton can still improve it by an upgrade.

Pros:
1) Sleek design and looks good in kitchen
2) gesture control to power ON, Off, 3 minute timer, speed increase
3) duct and installation included (but it’s cost may also be included in price)

Cons:
1) Too much noise. This is definitely not ‘quite’. On medium speed, your ears start to get tinnitus
2) Reducing speed with gesture control is as difficult as useless. And Led light can’t be controlled with gesture
3) when Chimney powers ON, by default speed is F5, and lights are On. There is no way to change default settings. This is biggest drawback of this Chimney. We have lights on in kitchen, we don’t cook in dark, so we don’t want light to be ON everytime we power on the Chimney.

The description of the product says ‘Free installation and ducting kit’. While the installation was free and good, the ducting kit is not free. We had to buy the ducting kit separately. Add another Rs. 500 for that. Deducting 1 star for that

Regarding the product itself, looks stylish and good. Need to spend some time to understand what speed to set the chimney at, but once you do then it is good.

The noise is very less compared to other models. At speed 7 and above, you can hear quite a bit of noise which is not bad. Normal cooking requires a speed of 4 max.

For those being misled by the product name, it would be better to look at the decibel range instead of the name. This is very low compared to other products

If I do not edit this review in the future, you can assume that till whatsover date it is, the chimney has been working fine
