Needed a drive to read old media (CD’s DVD’s). Solid quality unit, small & lightweight, standard USB cable. Did the job nicely.

I have used this product right after delivered, but somehow it stop working after 10 days so I was unable to return this product and waste my 2000 rs. I don’t see any benefit from prime membership.
So from now onwards I will not buy any electronic item from Amazon.

Laptop is delivered with Windows 11
webcam only works with windows 10
The Asus shop was only able to put whole laptop on windows 10.
is there another possibility????
The fingerprint sensor doesn’t recognize my finger.I let it reset it several times with other fingers

Product is good. But the casing is not good quality one. It is not keeping the Dell standard…

I bought this external writer for my laptop after windows 10 stopped supporting my internal drive. The Cyberlink software that comes with it is very handy after the windows 10 Explorer stopped drag and drop onto DVD drives.

Plug Na play. As slow as it were running in Win 95.
Lucky to find it not to be a vibrator on desk, or a noisy one wasting energy on noise rather than read/write.
Not yet had an opportunity to write, but it came with a CyberLink installation CD. It took about 15 mins or longer to instal. The machines I have are pretty fast and latest.
