Don’t get fooled by the Price and purchase this product looking at specifications. They are sending medium range i5(8th gen)/ 8 GB RAM /256 GB SSD product. I got it yesterday and placed a return request immediately (no replacement option shown) but flipkart rejected without verifying the details properly. Their executives have no knowledge on how to verify the configuration of a laptop. I was ready to give Service Tag, Express Service code and even screen shot of the specifications but they are not interested in verifying the same. My money got blocked and i am suffering due to seller mistake and wont be able to use the sale offer benefits.

Don’t buy this product. Laptop has been shipped with lower specifications. Core i5/ 8 GB RAM/256 GB SSD. Customer support is worst. They have not processed my request. Due to this, I have to raise another request for refund. Don’t buy this product.
I will never recommend anyone to buy this product.
