Totally manufacturing defect, delicate keyboard and screen. Waste of money except battery. We can iron our clothes with this by keeping charge continuously for 30 min

I bought the laptop few months ago. Yesterday when I opened the laptop, the hinge part came out automatically. When I contacted Dell Support, they refused to rectify the issue citing they didn’t know the way I used my laptop. The hinge damage is not a result of an accident but a manufacturing defect and same has been encountered by many customers within a month of the purchase. Even after knowing it is under warranty and it’s a manufacturing defect and same problem has been faces by many customers, they declined to rectify and asked for payment for getting problem resolved. It is very ridiculous and very disappointing.
I strongly recommend future customers to check for other brands as well before buying dell laptops.
…. BETTER JUST THROW MONEY IN AIR…… CHANCES OF MONEY REACHING MONEY TO POOR ARE MORE THAN THIS LAPTOP IS EVEN WORTH A PENNY…..

Keypad is too dull mode no backlight provided it’s not comfortable to work on with keyboard what they provided for this item

Look like I am using 2013 model laptop it is s
