The media could not be loaded.
I bought this Dell Inspiron 7420(D560778WIN9S) laptop at 68k on offer,overall laptop is good but when I checked the screen, the screen quality is very poor, it is the major drawback, I even got screen bleeding issue which should not be seen in a new laptop and it is very disturbing.

8 gb ram for this laptop is very low, system gets stuck with even daily browsing activities, it’s better to get minimum 16 or 32 gb ram it’s taking 70% of 8 gb ram just to run system software, i suggest better go for 16 gb or higher ram for smooth performance

Laptop Issue :
When I try to work with the laptop it keeps on throwing Blue Screen of Death with stop code REFERENCE_BY_POINTER. This happens almost 7 times a day and that too with a weird audio.
I have attached an image of the issue.
Support Issue :
I think buying laptop from Amazon or any online store is not a good option. Even though there is 1 year Warranty on Software issues, the Offline store reply to our query that software related issues are chargeable.
Online Dell support, whenever they are contacted we always get a new consultant. The new consultant starts dealing the issue with his/her own way. And sometimes the reply given my Dell Support were too much in detail to understand.
When we contacted Dell Offline Support they said “You have bought laptop online so ask your questions online, they (offline) will not support us”. It felt like Offline store people are upset :-p because their business might be getting hit by online stores.
Overall, buying laptop online is only helpful if Laptop works flawless. But in our case it didn’t so all kind of support from Dell was pathetic.

Everything is premium quality except the battery. Battery backup is very less, hardly it can be used 3 hour continuously
