This laptop has series battery heat up issue. The camera clarity is very poor and bad.

The display is blank for soo long after switching it on and it’s still blank …happened several times trying to resolve this issue..much noise from lapy and over heating… heat ventilation is right below the screen quite uncomfortable could be better and its only 13thday of usage.

Amazing Laptop it is 10 time Batter than Mac book air M1 Recently purchased for video editing but return. It has Backlit keyboard, C type, and pre activated MS office. And beautiful look\nHighly recommend.. I don’t have battery issue because most of the windows laptop comes with 3-4 hours battey life.. it has 3 hours 👍👍 but dell should increase 1 battery shell extra
