It is a genuine dell battery. Battery capacity was at 98% performance(this is not the battery charge but the battery capacity that tells how old it is.)
You can check on dell faq how to check the battery capacity.

Connecting socket is little far than the original for my inspiron 5480 USA model, however it fitted and working great. Charging time is lottle more than original but it lasts as long as my original battery.

The battery is working as expected, I could install it by myself. Important to few charge cycles in beginning. Always charge at 50% capacity to increase battery life. These batteries hate heat, if possible charge while laptop is off. Keep screen at low brightness and set power settings to save battery when laptop is not used. Set to hybernate while closing the lid.

Awesome product with reasonable price and also backup is now above 4 hours which is good.
On top of that , it is a genuine dell battery coming directly from dell sellers.
Don’t think just go for it.

Well packed
My Inspiron 5570 has lost its battery life and was around 1-2 min and when I replaced it with the new battery now I get around 4-5 hrs based on my usage. I tried to open my laptop by myself and tried to replace the battery but I couldn’t, so don’t go for it if you doesn’t have any prior experiences of opening laptops.

1st I m really thinking and under the delima to buy battery online on amazon. Bcoz I had bad experiences with mobil batteries but believe me that battery is totally original and worth money
Give more backup till date I had brought it 3month ago.
All the specifications are same as of with my original battery even I checked for warranty with dell they told me about the battery warranty of 1 year.
So u can trust the amazon and trust the seller
Batter was send in a very good condiction and very nicely packed.
If u wann to but laptop batter then u can buy

It takes two hours to charge and discharge very fast. Lasts around 1.5 to 2 hours. Packaging was not very good, does not look like new Battery. Delivery boy left the packet with guard, I had to call him back to show the packaging.
Cost is pretty high but do not match with the Battery quality.
