Roughin’ It –
I wear these headphones underneath sound dampening earmuffs while doing yardwork with loud tractors and other gas-powered equipment. So please keep that in mind while reading this review.
The reason I purchased these was three-fold: 1) They’re an identifiable brand. I’ve gotten burned by lesser brands before. Yes, they’re cheap, but it’s a pain to have to go without music while spending hours on a tractor, all because your shoddy headset died. 2) They were relatively inexpensive. Again, I wear these while mowing the yard. There was no need to speed big bucks on something that was going to dulled by equipment noise. And 3) The ear tips fit underneath my earmuffs. A lot of headsets these days utilizing the Air Pods style ear tips–meaning the part that goes in your ear extends downward towards your earlobe. Those long tips don’t fit under earmuffs, so any headset I bought had to have ear-canal size tips.
I have had these for a month so far, and here’s my list of pro’s and con’s.
Pro:
Good battery life. Easily tops 6 hours.
Excellent range
Noise cancellation definitely makes a difference (not as strong as an over-the-ear headset, but you can 100% tell when it’s on or off)
Ear tips stay in place
Mic works very well for phone conversations, too
USB-C charging port (hallelujah)
Con’s:
The most comfortable tips can still irritate my ears after 2 to 3 hours (still happens to all headsets with me though)
I hate having the skip and volume buttons combined. Give me separate controls, please. Holding the volume buttons for 5 seconds to skip tracks is a pain, especially on bumpy ground.
Some may find the noise cancellation too weak, but I’m okay with the level for this price of headset.
Overall, I’ve been really happy with this set. Hopefully it lasts for a long time. If not, I’ll be sure to update my review!

I used to be a JBL diehard until I came upon this pair. I always read the reviews to see if it’s a yes this rocks! Here all the reasons why! And this Edifier headset is so comfortable and easy to take one earbud out to talk to someone. That’s sound crazy, but if you need to be able to do two things at one time (talk to your spouse and your kids at the same) that’s an added bonus!
Let’s review: fantastic sound, comfortable, and affordable! Edifier’s sound is better then my Beats head set. Sweet!😎
P.s. for the serious bass lovers listen to

***UPDATED REVIEW***
The 1st set I ordered wouldn’t turn on.
I returned the headphones to Amazon and
requested a replacement of the same headphones. I received the 2nd
headphones yesterday and charged them overnight. Today, I turned them on
and they paired perfectly with my devices.
I am now very happy with these headphones.
I especially appreciate the fact that the manufacturer reached out to me asking if they could help me.

I cannot hear any difference between the standard mode and the noise cancelling mode. Was going to use them for airplane, but now will only use them for walking outside.
