I was looking for a vacuum cleaner which could serve a general household cleaning purpose. The reason I purchased Electrolux as it has a whopping 2000w suction, good cord length and light in weight which makes it easy to carry around. You could actually see the fine dust particles being sucked away through the transparent rubbish collection unit. I’m super happy with the Electolux CSR’s who did an amazing job with helping with the setup procedures. I was even provided with DIY videos for future reference as well.
Overall a really good experience with the support team as well as with the product.

Bought this for 13600 after deals frm my credit cards. The machine is biggee than i expected. Sturdy and good looking. Big bin for dust collection. Will take some time to get used to maneuvering around. Suction power is ultimate and surprisingly silent. Leaves no traces of dust on floor. Very effective in sofa cleaning also.
My old osman stick vacuum cleaner makes so much noise for its 800 watt with bare bone cleaning. Hence got this. Worth every penny. Quick, effecient and silent.
Electrolux is electrolux.
No demo person contaced me and call closed with no consent. Hence minus 1 star.

I didn’t find it so handy. Too many obstacles.
1) the plug needs a big socket.
2) the end part of ani incense stick blocks the entrance of the dust box. And so after that everything gets blocked. Any small paper or small plastic bits anything gets blocked and then you have to clean the whole pathway. It’s very irritating.
3) our old Eureka forbes is very easy and user friendly.
4) it’s too powerful and hence uses to much electricity.

Really comfortable to use. Especially the telescopic tube is very helpful to clean under beds and narrow spaces.
The carpet cleaning mode in the floor brush is a little tricky to use but the end results are amazing. Love the product.
