Delivered in an Elica box with no damage. Installation team got in touch immediately but I had to delay it because site was not ready.
Installation experience: I followed up a few days later and installation person was at my doorstep the next day. Installation process itself was quick and neat. Paid approx ₹2100 for materials like pipe and cover since box from company had none.
Product experience: Non-painted, metallic finish looks good in any modern kitchen. No sharp edges. Buttons are easily accessible and function is well marked. Noise is a bit on the higher side on level 3. One LED light underneath.
Will update my review as time goes by.
