The product overall is good and definitely adds to the kitchen looks. Out of the box, there was alignment issues with the knobs and rings. Called technician to fix it. He charged me 250 rupees. I said it is under warranty but he told me that this fee is for warranty activation 😀. Didn’t argue much as he made himself available during the rainy climate and it took him a while to fix the alignment. Overall a good product and I am quite satisfied.

This elica square burner product is good, forged burners are heavy enough and Pan support is also heavy. Overall square burner is good product. Cleaning is easy compare to regular products.
But Seller i think sent wrong product of similar looks but of round burners and regular brass burners which were very low quality and pan support was very light, on /off buttons were inferior. Also low mrp product sent to me in anticipation that we may use and then seller would not take it back. So guys / housewives be aware of this type of cheating. But amazon gave me replacement without any questions and sent said mrp product but there is no matching user manual. I got manual for other model. so request amazon to send me manual for the product which i purchased. Amazon should question such a supplier for the above complain. I opened package for 1st 2 days we didn’t realize it. but when i saw in my orders there was less priced product sent. .

Overall all good product. Nice & slim design and good quality of glass on the top.
Only drawback that I see is the flames fluctuate when put on sim. Which may be a problem for many. Upon checking with installation guy from Elica, he said it’s like this only and cannot do anything about it
