3rd left hob is not working. 1st and 3rd switch, both are connected to first hob. I placed a exchange request. But still they didn’t pickup it by commting pickup date on 28 april. And there is no update regarding pickup and new hob delivery date. Very bad seevice by amazon as well as from elica.

the nob is getting hang from the first use itself .we have to press the nob and release to burn the stove , once we press then the nob is not getting released . service is also too bad . we have to call regularly only then they will send a person for service .
