After using for 3 months, I had to call for the service. All the 4 burners flame went down as I have to switch off 3 off them to get full flame on 1. Felt like I am using a single burner stove (obviously I felt my 2 burner normal old gas stove is better than this). From the very beginning I faced another problem when I off it and on again, a kind of gurrrrr…sound very irritating.
Service person came, saying this is very normal( for me its not normal based on brand). Did some clean up, then said some part was damaged and then the gas tube needs to be changed. Charged around 500rs. What I don’t like is how can a part be damaged with in 3 months of a branded item and how can they say it happens and only that part will not be under coverage. Not at all satisfied. 😬

Perfect for the price u pay n the brand n looks u get. Undoubtedly Elica is one of best brand available, n this product compliments Ur kitchen with its sleek n beautiful looks. The dimension is just so perfect. Burners are good n knobs r smooth, will get to know more after using for 2 to 3 months. I just felt the toughened glass is not perfectly aligned from all sides, and that is the reason for me to go with 4 instead of a 5.
