    Don’t buy it, its waste of money DAMAGED when received, the motor was broken and not working, really waste of time, without proper delivery,… i have applied for replacement…..

    Product was delivered much ahead of schedule. Only had some issues with the FK call centre for scheduling the appointment for installation. Very poor quality call centre agent. When asked what time would the installation be done, the agent told me” any time between 12 am to 11.59 pm😳😳😂\nThis was the call centre at FK!! Had to tell him I couldn’t be waiting the whole damn day for the installer to visit my place. Surely, this is an area which needs improvement. You don’t tell the customer to wait the whole day, not just the day.. from midnight to midnight.\nTime slots need to be clearly spelt out. Even if it’s a 4/5 hour range, customers wouldn’t mind. But if the customer is told to wait from midnight to midnight, surely that’s not on. I bought a chimney from FK. Don’t intend observing Shivarathri for the sake of a chimney!!
