Happy with the product and service received from elica so far. All features are working as expected. Keep in mind that it is bit noisy as compared to 1200m3 products.

Chimney performance,design and features are very good but it is a bit louder/ creates noise. This is my first chimney so please don’t get swayed by my comment on noise.

Best chimney. We have open kitchen and in drawing room we do not get any smell or irritation in eyes post installation of this chimney. Also you do not feel uncomfortable working in kitchen. Motion sensor and touch work as expected. Does the job perfectly. I recommend this. You get installation kit as well with this. Only need to pay 600 for installation but you need to get the hole in wall from outside. Installation was also swift and also got delivery within 2 days.

Nice product, installation happened within couple of hours after receiving the product. Installation technician was trained enough for what he had to do. Overall satisfied with product and installation service. Only thing that could have been better is the noise level. Though not very loud, more silent is preferred. I understand its difficult by physics laws but that’s absolutely possible.

I got the elica chimney before delivery date. Installed by the elica experts. \nWorking nicely and little bit noisey at higher speed but it’s ok. I like my elica the most. 👌👌👍👍

Nice product, the delivery and installation completed before the promised date. Just the installation was delayed by 2 days. Installation staff was very polite and after installation explained the usage nicely. After installation the area was cleaned perfectly which was surprising.\nRegarding delivery, i am using flipkart for almost 10 years. for 1st time the delivery staff asked for tip.

Product is good but the installer did not complete the installation properly. The duct pipe got disconnected from the chimney the very next day and on calling the installer, we were told to fix it ourself by using a cello tape.\nHe did nto have any idea to connect the duct pipe or screw the chimney unit from the bottom side.\n\nFor product i would give 4/5.\nFor installation the points would be 1/5.
