Don’t Buy Elica Products\n\nAs in my case, I have purchased chimney from flipkart and flipkart service is best but my architect install the same product through his technician. Now, Chimney is having problem and is in warranty though company is refusing to repair the same as I have not install product through there technician ( Elica technical Charges of installation Rs.700)\n\nSo, in my view .. if installation through there technician is compulsory then why company is taking installation charges and why it’s not included in product price.\n\nPS: Product is good but need to be installed through there technician.

The product is good, I have given 4 star because I have received an used product on first delivery, later I got it replaced by a new one.\nCustomer needs to pay 2000 for exhaust pipe and installation charges, it is applicable to all models of chimneys, so read the specifications before purchasing products online
