The product is good and the delivery also good. The only problem with Installation Charges and Pipe costs separately. 1200/- for Pipe and Installation Charges 600/- . Total paid 1800/- for Installation which is not mentioned in the Flipkart while purchasing the order. 1200/- for the pipe is too much and I surprised about that.

Awesome experience… Initially I got a product in damaged condition which was promptly responded by the seller and the replacement was arranged quickly. The replacement reached with good packaging. I was looking for a lot of chimneys and finally ended here… Trust me Im not regretting my decision. The product works as per the description.Thank you Elica and Flipkart. Amazing Product. \nI have been searching for a Good chimney with low maintenance and High suction power. It came down to 2 models. One from Faber and Elica. My relatives experienced pathetic service with Faber and the product also is not upto mark. Hence I decided to go with Elica 90cm. \nIt is one of my Best buys. The suction power is great with wide coverage. No steam leaks from side. The curved glass quality and fit and finish are all great. Installation was done immediately on the next day of delivery. \nI received 3 calls from Service center, one after delivery, one before and one after installation. I just love their service. The Technician is well experienced and installed the product swiftly. \nDont trust any negative reviews. It is just great product. Go for it. \nI have tested Dosa, Bajji, Roti, Paratha, Chicken curry, Tadka and no odour escaped my Kitchen. Just Great.!

Product is excellent. I have gone through almost every product of varieties brand and Elica has met my expectations in terms of specs and price. The post sales coordination and system of Elica is favoulous. Everything is system oriented and smooth. Apparently all I did was to read the notifications given by Elica time to time until successful installation, product registration, communication. As I believe after sales service is the most important thing regarding these kind of products. And Elica really rocks here. Go for it with blind eyes.

Chimney delivery was on expected day. Good design for 2 to 4 burner stoves. Installation of the product was done and working fine. Installation person was installed the chimney in better way and then properly fixed to the burners. He did good job. Thanks Flipkart and Elica service.

I have been using this chimney more than 15 days and it is working smoothly. Suction is very efficient even in level 1 and this chimney having Heat Auto clean technology is an easy way to clean your chimney efficiently. It comes equipped with a motion sensor .So i strongly recommended go for it

In chimney packing box pipe not found by machanic, so that i pay to machanic Rs. 1200+700 fitting charge, kindly return to pipe cost.
