Chimney is too good. Looks premium and motion sensor works well too. Installation kit includes 9-10 feet alluminium pipe, clamps, and one closing lid. LED lights are good and suction power is too good. Overall value for money Product. Go with this one and you will never go wrong.

Product looking good and stylish. Auto sensor/Touch is awesome. Chimney is installed next day of delivery. \n\nBut sound is coming as noticeable. I think this is expected for chimneys. \n\nOverall it’s a good product. I will wait for some more days to give full review.

Truly bad installation service as the team came for installation is truly unprofessional and not carrying basic tools like drill tool even blade anything just screwdriver. Pathatic Team said to call electrician/carpenter for drilling and packing.\nJust hanged the chimney and pipe and said to packing of hole or space near pipe line we can’t as they have a company policy not to drill hole or packed just hang chimney with three screw and asked Rs 500 for 5 min part than I called registered compaint and talk to his supervisor. She said the same story. I asked/email for written company policy as you never find idea side for Installation in every house some modifications had to be done.\nTruly disappointed with first incident.

Don’t buy any product of Elica. I am not sure about the quality of the product but I can assure you that their post sales service is worst than horrible. It’s been more than 3-4 days and no one has called me for installation. Moreover, I have been requesting them to share the details of technician or the service center but everytime they ask me to wait. And than, after the working hours are over…they will simply say you sorry and give you a lollipop of next day. \nWorst companies in terms of service. I wonder how will they respond to service calls if in case I actually need a on-site visit in future. \nA BIG NO.

Excellent Service from Flipkart. Delivered 5 days before expected delivery date. Installation done same day by Elica. Chimney looks amazing too. Motion sensors works smoothly. Loved it overall !!!

Elica Chimney Model WDFL HAC TUCH 60 MS is very good in quality. It has motion sensor and it’s work very good. When we move our hand left side to right side in front of the chimney and in switch mode it started to work automatically and when move our hand right side to left side it will be come down the speed and do one more time it will of automatically switched off. The led lights gives decent light.\nCon’s:1) Installation cost is too high. According to company Rs 600. But the installer demand in advance 1000 to 1200 Rs. So the company should arrange installation with reasonable cost.\n2) The company should use rechargeable led lights build in the chimney than it is more useful to the kitchen at the time of power cut.\n3) The company must reduce the noice of the chimney.\nrest all good in quality and performance.\n The speed delivery systems of the flipkart is also very good. Thank you flipkart and Elica company.

Very bad response form Elica team. I never expected that from them bad worst experience. I never suggest to anyone…..They won’t provide services properly. I never trust elica product at all.
