Have been using this printer daily for 8 months now.
Pros:
1. Easy installation.
2. Unmatched quality. I run a professional graphics business and the print quality is so good that I use this over laser printers for low volume printing
3. Genuine ink easily available online and print quality is as good as original ink.
4. Extremely good looking printer. Design and finish are great.
5. Good price.
Cons:
1. If you put setting to best print quality then speed reduces drastically. It can take minutes to print an A4 page having graphics. Never seen such a slow speed printer. Can’t be used for high volume printing at best quality.
2. Struggles to take in paper thicker than 220gsm. Card stock has to be forced in. This problem is not seen in some other inkjet printers.
Verdict: Go for it if you want great quality prints, but not in bulk.

Not impressed with the print quality. It’s been just a month in use and the printer started dropping ink. Now getting blank lines all over the print.
The buyer makes a note this is not an “Auto Duplex” printer. The seller is either trying to fool customers or doesn’t understand what is meant by auto duplex.
It does support duplex print but is manual.

The function was perfect, but the printer was delivered dirty and dusty, so I have to deduct a point for that.

Both black and white and color were being printed properly in the printer but there was a problem that the paper pickup roller spring and its hanger were not there due to which the paper was getting jammed but I fixed it with my desi jugaad.
