Very good printer. 6 month us but no any issu.

Quality of Prints are good. Photo print quality on Glossy Paper very good. Do not keep the product idle, will lead to Nozzle choke.

its gone bad in a year and 2 months. Too complicated unlike HP. The nozzles keep blocking a bad buy indeed

Printer is very good and cost effective 👌 print 🖨 quality is also good till now. One thing is missing that is duplex printing..otherwise no if and no but for this printer. You can buy without any doubt..instalation you have to do by yourself…there is no any tech support from company..nor they called. Instalation risk is urs…company must be providing instalation and demo…AMAZON must see to it. My final verdict is go for it if you want to print daily 10 to 20 pages.

The media could not be loaded.
Recieved the printer in well condition but ink bottles are missing from it. Its really surprising that from a sealed pack box ink bottles are missing.
Amazon Customer –
Could not get it to print wirelessly from a Mac, and then looked online to find that this is an issue with this printer. Works great with my wife’s Windows PC and also works well when I connect it with a cable to the Mac. Not a big hassle, but should be highlighted or have a solution for customers.

Works perfectly with windows and android, not tested on mac. Initially I face some minor issue with print quality but that was fixed after service by technician. Overall, good experiance as far.
