Photocopy very slow 20page photocopy then very slow work

Creates little noise when printing. Running cost is very low compared to laser. Initially takes about 10s to process for first print out. Then about 3 sec

At 18000 print speed low
Duplex speed very slow
If need 5 to 10 print then good product but for 1000 to 2000 print daily not a suitable product

I have used for more than 3 months. This was one of the best printer from Epson. Best for small business. Print quality is ok as per the cost. It would be better if the print quality is increased little more

Printer is good, but as in product description videos says that in this box two ink bottle stater kit is provided, but I received only one ink bottle.
So where is another one ink bottle ?
