This product is value for money. Easy installation within 48 hrs.
I observed in reviews, buyers facing prblm in installation. Eureka forbes people will come n install ur machine n u dnt have to pay for this.

I purchased this water purify on 3rd july and it taken 20 days to installed. communication between Eureka forbes customer care and area service person very poor and it delayed the work and i have to pay 100 rs. for installation when it should be free.otherwise as a product it is fine.

Service is very pathetic, there is communication between call center and sales team. No one bother to respond to your query. They are very intelligent on installation of the product once Amazon return date is over then they will come for installation if it is not suitable for your water then neither Amazon nor Eureka Forbes replace the product. I had a discussion with Amazon call center after that they are highlighting product tds value in their website. Niether Amazon nor eureka Forbes replacing the product, I am totally loss with this product.
