It’s very disappointing to state that it was a bitter n frustrating experience we ever had with flipkart..Though the delivery was timely,the inconveniences arrived during the installation procedure.we called the customer care service & technicians came after 2days for installation. To our utter disappointment they were found to be very unskilled,incompetent,unequipped. After 1.45hr they just screwed 4pins in the wall n scattered all the parts over the ground. Thereafter they started making phone calls n video calls in an attempt to make it out.we repeatedly asked them about their inconveniences,but they paid no heed to us.Then those miscreants started blaming us for misplacing parts. Lastly they concluded that a connector was damaged n they would install later on by providing a new one.2days later they called us stating that parts couldn’t b provided. we called customer care again expressing our grieves..Dont know what’s waiting next..
